Permitted Use
Unless a different license is stated for a specific product, purchasers may use WriteRFP digital products for their own business, team, organization, or internal proposal response work.

- Share purchased resources internally with employees or team members who support your proposal work.
- Use the materials as training aids, drafting support, review tools, and proposal-planning resources.
- Modify the materials to fit your industry, customer, opportunity, tone, and submission requirements.
Not Permitted
WriteRFP digital products are not intended for redistribution, resale, repackaging, or public posting.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute purchased WriteRFP files as your own product.
- Do not upload purchased files to public websites, shared marketplaces, public drives, or template libraries.
- Do not remove WriteRFP ownership notices for the purpose of reselling or redistributing the materials.
- Do not use WriteRFP products to create a competing template library, wording library, or digital product collection.
No guarantee of award
WriteRFP resources are practical drafting, organization, and training tools. They do not guarantee that a proposal, bid, grant application, or RFP response will be accepted, scored favorably, shortlisted, or awarded.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and adapting all materials before use. Each RFP, RFQ, grant opportunity, solicitation, client request, or proposal submission may have its own instructions, compliance requirements, formatting rules, evaluation criteria, and legal or contractual expectations.
WriteRFP materials should be treated as starting points, not final submissions.
Downloads and Access
Download access, file availability, update access, and account-library access may vary by product, purchase type, platform settings, or future subscription structure. Customers should save their purchased files after download and contact WriteRFP if there is a problem accessing an order.
Refunds and Support
