Single-User License

A Single-User License allows one individual purchaser to use the purchased WriteRFP product for permitted internal business use.

Unless a broader license is clearly stated, a purchase is treated as a Single-User License.

Team or Organization License

A Team or Organization License allows authorized users within the same company or organization to use the purchased WriteRFP product for permitted internal business use.

The number of authorized users, departments, business units, locations, or affiliates may be limited by the product terms or written agreement.

Consultant License

A Consultant License may allow a consultant, advisor, freelancer, or agency to use WriteRFP materials to support client work, subject to the applicable license terms.

A consultant may not purchase one standard product and use it across multiple client organizations unless the license specifically allows that use.

Unless specifically permitted, consultants may not provide original WriteRFP source files, editable templates, full wording libraries, full checklists, mini training scripts, or package materials directly to clients.

Vertical License

A Vertical License allows access to a defined group of related industry packages within one broader vertical.

The industries, documents, and resources included may vary by vertical.

Complete Library License

A Complete Library License allows broader access to available WriteRFP products, industries, verticals, templates, wording libraries, examples, checklists, mini training scripts, and related resources.

Complete Library access may be subject to separate pricing, license terms, access rules, update terms, and written agreements.

Custom or Enterprise License

Custom, enterprise, multi-vertical, agency, reseller, training, or expanded-use licenses may be available under separate written terms.

If separate written terms apply, those written terms control where they differ from this Agreement.

Subject to the license level purchased, you may use purchased WriteRFP materials to:

• review proposal structure and examples
• draft proposal responses
• improve proposal wording
• customize templates for your own proposals
• adapt wording for your own RFP responses
• create internal proposal drafts
• support internal proposal training
• guide subject matter expert input
• improve internal proposal review processes
• build or improve an internal proposal content library
• reuse adapted content across multiple proposals for the licensed business or organization
• include adapted content in final proposal submissions
• upload purchased materials or adapted excerpts into a private internal proposal software system, content library, document management system, or knowledge base, only if access is restricted to authorized users under the applicable license

Examples of internal systems may include private company-controlled tools such as proposal management platforms, content libraries, SharePoint sites, document repositories, or approved internal knowledge systems.

Access to those systems must be limited to authorized users who are allowed to use the materials under the applicable license.

WriteRFP understands that proposal teams may use proposal software, content libraries, and internal document management systems.

You may upload purchased WriteRFP materials or adapted portions into an internal, access-controlled proposal content library only if:

• the license allows team or organization use
• access is limited to authorized users
• the system is used for your internal proposal work
• the materials are not made public
• the materials are not shared with unauthorized third parties
• the materials are not used to create a competing product, template library, training program, or commercial resource

If you are unsure whether a platform or use case is allowed, contact WriteRFP before uploading the materials.

You may not:

• sell WriteRFP materials
• resell WriteRFP materials
• sublicense WriteRFP materials
• give away WriteRFP materials
• publicly post WriteRFP materials
• upload WriteRFP materials to public websites
• share WriteRFP materials in public forums, groups, databases, or file repositories
• distribute original WriteRFP files outside the licensed user group
• share download links with unauthorized users
• remove or obscure copyright notices from source materials
• claim WriteRFP materials as your original product
• create competing templates, packages, libraries, training products, or digital resources based on WriteRFP materials
• use WriteRFP materials to build, train, improve, or populate a competing proposal product, proposal software tool, content library, prompt library, artificial intelligence product, or commercial training resource
• upload full WriteRFP source files or large portions of WriteRFP content into public artificial intelligence tools, model training systems, shared prompt libraries, external databases, or third-party platforms where the content may be used to train, improve, or enrich third-party systems
• use WriteRFP materials for unlawful, misleading, infringing, or deceptive purposes
• use WriteRFP materials outside the scope of the license purchased

WriteRFP materials are protected digital content.

You may not use WriteRFP materials to train, fine-tune, populate, improve, or develop any artificial intelligence model, chatbot, assistant, proposal generator, content engine, commercial prompt library, or competing system.

You may not upload full WriteRFP files, full libraries, large excerpts, or source materials into public artificial intelligence tools or platforms that may use submitted content for model training, system improvement, or third-party access.

Limited use of an artificial intelligence tool to help customize your own proposal language may be permitted only if:

• you are using the tool for your own internal proposal work
• you do not upload full WriteRFP source files or full product libraries
• you do not upload more WriteRFP content than reasonably necessary
• the tool is configured, where possible, not to use submitted content for training
• access is private and controlled
• the output is reviewed and customized by you
• the use does not violate these Terms or the applicable license

You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving any AI-assisted output before use.

WriteRFP may provide free resources, sample documents, previews, blog posts, excerpts, checklists, or educational materials.

Unless a free resource clearly states that it may be used in proposal work, free samples and previews are provided for evaluation, learning, and informational purposes only.

You may not remove watermarks, “sample only” notices, preview labels, or similar markings from sample documents unless WriteRFP gives written permission.

Free resources do not grant ownership rights in WriteRFP content.

You are responsible for the final content of any proposal, RFP, response, submission, document, presentation, or deliverable you create using WriteRFP materials.

You are responsible for:

• reviewing all RFP requirements
• confirming compliance
• editing placeholders
• adding company-specific information
• adding customer-specific information
• verifying facts
• confirming technical accuracy
• confirming legal, regulatory, financial, and operational claims
• checking final formatting
• meeting deadlines
• following buyer instructions
• securing required internal approvals

WriteRFP does not review, approve, certify, or validate your final proposal unless a separate written service agreement specifically says otherwise.

WriteRFP does not guarantee that use of its products will result in:

• winning an RFP
• receiving a contract award
• improving an evaluation score
• passing compliance review
• meeting all buyer requirements
• increasing revenue
• replacing proposal strategy
• replacing legal review
• replacing procurement review
• replacing technical review
• replacing compliance review

Proposal outcomes depend on many factors outside WriteRFP’s control, including pricing, qualifications, past performance, customer relationship, solution fit, competition, compliance, evaluation criteria, buyer priorities, and final response quality.

WriteRFP products and website content are provided for general business, proposal, writing, and educational purposes.

WriteRFP does not provide legal, financial, tax, procurement, compliance, insurance, regulatory, cybersecurity, medical, engineering, or other professional advice.

You should consult appropriate professionals when legal, technical, financial, regulatory, compliance, or specialized advice is needed.
